How do you pick the Support Tribes?

Each Tribe is grouped by due date / baby's birth date. We will try to match people as closely as possible and as the groups grow, we hope to expand the locations. There is a maximum of 8 moms per Tribe to keep the group intimate.

Which tribe should I choose?

Pick the tribe that best matches your due date or baby’s birth date.

If you sign up when you’re pregnant and give birth sooner or later you can always adjust! It's okay if your baby is only a few days old as the first few weeks are virtual.

We are currently enrolling mamas who are pregnant and due between July - December 2021.

When should I join if I am still pregnant?

Anytime! When you join you have access to the FB group and online content. Having a support system in place before going into labor will help tremendously throughout the process.

Can I join if a session already began?

Yes, as long as there is space! Please email us.

How do the Virtual Mommy & Me Sessions work?

The virtual sessions are held weekly via Zoom and facilitated by Stephanie with your individual Support Tribe. This is your chance to connect with them via video and it is your time to ask questions or vent or just see other humans while being in the comfort of your own space! You can be in bed, nursing, and haven't showered... we don't care!!!  Our goal is just to make sure you are getting the support you need and connection with each other. While we will discuss a variety of newborn related topics throughout the weeks, this is really your safe space to connect with other newborn moms.

When are the Virtual Sessions?

The day / time of the Virtual Sessions are still TBD and will be based on your fellow tribe mamas. During those first few weeks you're not going anywhere anyway (just kidding)!

What if I don't have WhatsApp?

You'll have to download the app, but we can walk you through it. This is going to be the text messaging platform you'll use to chat with your Tribe 24/7.

What content will be in the Facebook Group?

The Facebook Group is a private group for ALL the mamas in all the Tribes. It is a safe space to ask questions to the broader group, connect with more moms and get additional support. We will be hosting expert sessions, live Q&As and more in the group!

Who are the experts?

We want to make sure we bring content and help that is tailored to your needs, so experts will range from therapists to nutritionists to lactation consultants and more. You will have a chance to ask questions and virtually interact with them. We will record these live sessions and also post them in the Expert section of the portal.

What is the investment?

The price for a 8-week session is $295.
